Chick a Dee

The Chick a Dee is a smoke detector in the shape of a bird for use in baby and children’s rooms. The logo is affiliated with the product’s lifestyle concept. It has an aesthetic, playful and contemporary character: a feel that appeals to the target group. We have been involved in the development of the Chick a Dee right from the start. Initially as jury member in the fire prevention competition that spawned the Chick a Dee. We designed the logo, website and packaging for the smoke detector. Apart from that Ed Annink has also supported the product designer in the further development of the design and the production of the Chick a Dee. We also arranged the contact with the sales distributor. The Chick a Dee is for sale at Kwantum.
